We're BACK!!!!

Sorry for the delay, folks, but we had to reset our Blog passwords and couldn't get logged in for the longest time...but we are back in and excited to share some pics!

Rosy cheeks and a bright pink nose...but she loves going outside (even in these frigid temps!) mostly to chase Tonka around! Gotta love this sweet little snowsuit--a hand-me-down from her Aunties in ND!

Happy First Birthday Love!

She even read the card first before tearing into the gift!

There's a story behind this one: my good friend made a little cupcake (above). We placed it on the tray, it was examined with laserbeam eyes, poked at a coule times, then pushed right away! I tried to get the little squirt to take a taste but she would have none of it! So, it's not the typical frosting face picture but it turned out to be easy clean-up for me! Thanks Rach for the super cute cake!

This 'n' That

We've upgraded: yes, we accepted our fate and realized that the two-man, lightweight Marmot will no longer accomodate our needs. So...go big or go home (literally, since Eliza's pack'n'play must be present for any of us to get any sleep)! Introducing our new 'Vacation Lodge!' (Eliza conveniently placed to provide scale) :)

Our main squeeze has been home on vacation this week and we are LOVING it!

Fun summer colors...who knew I'd ever be such a fan of PINK!!!

We had a wonderful time picking strawberries and blueberries at a local berry farm and had an even better time eating them up! Yumm :)

I could be wrong but I think this is Eliza expressing her realization of a daddy who was MIA for a week while on a Boundary Waters trip :) She was oh so happy when he returned; she followed him around from one room to another!
